Vaccine-derived poliovirus in sewage in north and east London
    Genetic diversity (RNA virus)
    Most are vaccine-like virus
A few have sufficient mutations to be classified as vaccine derived poliovirus (VDPV2),
behaves more like naturally occurring ‘wild’ polio
Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI)
Targeted inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) booster dose,
offered to all children between the ages of 1 and 9 in all London boroughs
This will ensure a high level of protection from paralysis and help reduce further spread of the virus.
The programme will start with the areas affected,
where the poliovirus has been detected and vaccination rates are low
It’s important all children aged 1 to 9 - even if up to date with their vaccinations - accept this vaccine when offered

    An acute illness
Follows invasion through the gastro intestinal tract by polio virus
    Virus replicates in the gut
Has a high affinity for nervous tissue
    Spread occurs via the bloodstream
Retrograde axonal transport to the central nervous system
    Often infection is clinically inapparent
    Symptoms may range in severity
    Fever to
    Headache,
    Gastrointestinal disturbance,
    Malaise
Stiffness of the neck and back
    Aseptic meningitis
    Paralysis.
Ratio of inapparent to paralytic infections
    1000 to 1 in children
    75 to 1 in adults
    Transmission
Contact with the faeces or pharyngeal secretions
Polio virus replicates long periods in GI tract
Can be excreted for three to six weeks in faeces
Can be excreted for two weeks in saliva
    Incubation period
    Three to 21 days
    When the infection was endemic
Paralytic disease is caused by naturally occurring ‘wild virus’
Live attenuated vaccine, (OPV - Sabin)
Virus retains the potential to revert to a virulent form,
that can rarely cause paralytic disease
    Vaccine-associated paralytic polio (VAPP)
VAPP cases can occur rarely where live attenuated vaccines are used
OPV not used in UK since 2004
    (US, not since 2000)
Inactivated polio vaccine (i.m. injected) for routine immunisation
    tetanus/diphtheria/inactivated polio vaccine
    diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis/inactivated polio vaccine

My grandmother was partially paralyzed on her left side as a child from the polio vaccine, face, arm, and leg. Not the virus itself, but the vaccine. She struggled with it her entire life, but she was the best grandma, I'll always miss her.

The JCVI statement contained these interesting sentences (especially the second sentence): "Individuals born before 2004 will have been eligible for OPV vaccination - this vaccine provides good protection against polio and also provides high levels of gut immunity. Individuals born after 2004 in the UK will have received IPV, which provides excellent protection from severe polio but individuals can still become infected and spread polio virus without exhibiting any symptoms." Does this sound familiar?

It does if you’re ignorant. You can think there are all these vaccine pushes for no reason or you can use critical thinking to understand why that is. 1. Continued growth into natural areas and increased travel around the world is spreading zoonotic disease. Coronavirus was a zoonotic disease. So was Spanish Flu. 2. Vaccine frenzy influencing people to choose not to vaccinate their children. Vaccines and improved hygiene created a period of 60-80 years of unprecedented global health allowing unprecedented commerce, industrialization, and scientific achievements. It’s sad to see people whose lives were made easier by these efforts use technology to cast doubt on it and put our society back decades
There are reasons why some countries use certain vaccines and others use different one: one contains live vaccine and can shed from vaccinated people but is easier to transport and cheaper, the other is attenuated and doesn’t cause shed but is not as effective. Since many countries have eliminated polio, they prefer the non live virus to avoid polio shed. Poorer countries prefer the cheaper one to get more people vaccinated. It’s previously been limited to just two countries before anti vaccine madness spread throughout the world. If anti vaccine frenzy hadn’t raised its ugly head, people might understand just how terrible and debilitating polio is.

Supposedly, doctors were told to be on the lookout for children presenting with polio-like symptoms at the end of last year (it had aligned with the initially-planned roll out of the vaccines for children, around November). In reality, it was to prepare them to see Guillain-Barre Syndrome. Apparently the only way to detect polio in humans is through cerebral-spinal fluid, feces test, or a throat swab. Let's keep in mind that Guillain-Barre Syndrome is a listed, known, side effect of the vaccines. It could be legitimate Polio, and some cases COULD be Guillain-Barre, or it could be mostly one or the other... who knows -- just be aware.

@Sam Shailer I'm well acquainted with VAPP, and have been since studying it in my degree back in 2016. That the oral polio vaccine can lead to the spread of poliovirus is not new, it's not a secret, and it is the reason that countries transition to injected polio vaccine after they have eliminated wild type polio from their borders. The fact that this well substantiated phenomenon exists is not a justification for spreading of unsubstantiated hearsay, fear mongering, conspiracy theories and misinformation.

@Matrix Decoded People are still getting Polio from the one vaccine and NOT from the other. ONLY ONE VACCINE spreads the virus. If they simply stop all vaccines altogether of course eventually it would die out but in the meantime we would allow the latest spread from the vaccine that allowed the spread in the first place to possibly condemn a load of children to paralysis. It all depends on which is morally acceptable to you of course. My view is to STOP the vaccine that can spread polio and continue with the one that doesn’t until all polio virus is eradicated. Then stop all polio vaccines as there would no longer be a need for it. This could have happened long ago if the poor countries had used the same vaccine the richer countries used since they knew about the risks.

Thank you for wonderful video. The wife and I, being 59 and 60, actually received polio boosters today. The cost, here in the States (California to be specific) was $115.00 each injection via CVS Pharmacy.
A bit pricey, but one cannot place a dollar value on one's health. Being born in 1962, I've known quite a few people slightly older than myself who suffered from polio and it's certainly nothing to mess about with.

I had the injectable version in about 1956 and then a, raspberry flavoured oral vaccination, very soon afterwards. We kids were terrified when told we were going to have another vaccination because it felt the needle used felt like knitting needle! Very relieved when we got this sweet drink to consume! This was in Shetland. I wonder what the oral vaccine we were given, was, as it says it was released in in 1962, which was the year we emigrated to New Zealand? Makes one wonder, were we, in the Islands, a test for a future vaccine release???

The uk nhs childhood vac schedule has already given polio injection vax to uk children and they do Not need more, it is the government and water authorities who need fixing. That is my comment. Hold these water companies accountable for dirty water and insist that 'new arrivals' are given full vaccinations which the uk children have received. @John Croucher There is no patent on the Polio vaccine which was created by Jonas Salk in the 1950s. He never patented it, it's in the free domain and any pharma can make it if they want but they wont because there is no money in making it and it's a succesful vaccine which you never have to take again after the 4 doses when you were young. It's like the vaccine against TBE (Tick-borne encephalitis) which you need to take like 3-4 times and then a booster every 4 years.

In 1969 when my father was 48 he had polio that went to his lungs. He was on a Sabbatical in Africa where he was gathering materials to begin an African Studies program at the college he taught at. He died in Ghana, though I suspect he had caught the polio in Burkina Faso (then called Upper Volta) from when he had gone for a swim while there. He wrote in a letter to a good friend that he felt ill and thought it was malaria. He took the plane back to Accra. He had gone to Upper Volta by a local bus. About one week later he died. My sisters and I were all vaccinated for polio in 1956. I remember my father telling about all the immunisations he had taken for his trip. I suspect that his doctor may have forgotten to give him the polio vaccination. Although many people in the 50’s thought of Polio as a childhood disease, my father knew that Franklin Roosevelt ,the US President in the 1930’s-40’s had polio as an adult so I can’t imagine he would have chosen not to be vaccinated against Polio while taking all the other vaccinations.

The current Polio outbreaks are linked to the live virus vaccines still being deployed in developing countries. That is, a person that received the vaccine shed the virus and spread it to others. The vast minority of individuals that are infected with Polio, 90% or more, do not have any symptoms or a mild flu like illness. The unlucky one develop paralysis.

Interestingly, in Australia, I received the triple vaccine specifically for whooping cough, before my grandson was born. That's normal over here in Australia. I was offered the oral polio vaccine vaccine 30 years ago when one of my children had his 5yo immunizations. I could have the whooping cough vaccine every five years if I'm traveling. Then I'd also be covered well against tetanus. The triple vaccine is listed on my vaccination history, otherwise I wouldn't have known. But my doctor did say these vaccines never come singly. Having just had covid19, I've had an incredibly sore throat on the way to recovery, so whooping cough was on my radar. I had whooping cough 7 years ago, it was the worst thing I've ever had, from the agony of my glands, to a throat that felt like I'd swallowed glass, to the cough itself. Are you sure you shouldn't have the whooping cough vaccine as well, seeing you're traveling???

If it's vaccine derived polio spreading then you should ask the other question at the end of your presentation dr. Campbell. You could ask why vaccine manufacturers are continuing to inject live polio in pple and making this problem instead of asking why pple are not now taking more of the inactivated vaccine. Why are they using the problem vaccine in the firstplace?

It was just down to me contacting our surgery and initiating her course of childhood Vaccinations. Similarly her health checks in infancy! They don't seem to follow up if u don't attend etc. I dont know how many children fall through the cracks and are never checked on in infancy or parents encouraged or reminded about childhood Vaccinations. It seemed completely different to my childhood where we were cared for so well and encouraged in help for parents and on children's health. It's very sad. We are all being failed.

      @52marli
A doctor once told me that viruses don't exist. He said that there is no such thing as viruses. When you feel "sick", it's nothing more then the cleaning proces of the body itself via exosomes. Feeling sick every now and then shows you that your immune system works.
So how can we get "infected" by other people? Well . . . you cannot. According to this doctor it's just an innate body response between different bodies. The same happens to women living together in a student house (hope my English is sufficient here) It often happens that they synchronize their periods. This is not because they infect each other, but because their bodies react to each other and synchronize their cycle.
The same goes for someone who comes into contact with a person who feels sick.
It is then said that one is infected with another person's virus. This is not true. One person's body reacts to the other person's body the same way as mentioned above. What the body does is determine if it needs a cleaning as well. If not, you won't get sick and if you do, well then you know your body works like it should.
The word virus and the "idea you can catch it from someone else" is pure "sales propaganda". The word virus can get you in a state of anxiety and maybe even fear while the words "innate body cleaning" will NOT. It's all about making money and profits. Never forget that "fear sells" and fear makes people do stupid things. (look around you, the prove never was that clear the pas 2.5 years)
      Long story short,
The word virus sounds more threatening thus more profitable than saying that the body is in the proces of cleaning itself and is getting rid of toxines. By the way, I think a doctor should not be payed by the number of patients in his practice, but by the number of patients that he actually cures.

My older siblings tell me that except for the allergies (mostly food related), I was healthy and able to walk prior to hospitalization but not when released. This horrible disease permanently damaged the nerves and muscles in my right leg. I lived with the effects for over 70 years, now and the mere mention of Polio scares me more than Covid ever will!

However, whatever the strength worked up to, you have the virus come back when you age. It was terrible for him, and his family. I still can't even write about it. Somehow there's been some breakthrough polio since decades ago. I remember that one of brother in law's in Spain, his partner in the architectural firm in Zaragoza Spain, somehow caught polio and ended up in a wheelchair. One of my ex husband's maternal first cousins has dealt with the effects of polio since a child in Madrid Spain. It's never completely crippled her, but her life has been a constant of surgeries. Of course I thought it was all very strange. Somebody there also told me that an extra dose of polio even if vaccinated as a kid, helps prevent recurring herpes zoster. That's one that I wouldn't mind. Exactly what the doctor says that he had recently as a booster. DPT. Diphtheria Polio and tetanus. "Triple virica" in Spain. Given to babies.

Fasting is the best thing to do with an infection, or beforehand to get your immune system into top shape.
Some of the many benefits of fasting and a lower carb whole food diet on the immune system, blood pressure, blood sugar and anti-aging, all backed up by clinical data:
      Fribrosis is reversed
The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers over time with extended fasting and rise from dieting
Thymus stem cells are regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria and viruses by the immune system.
Blood pressure is quickly and dramatically lowered, which is very important for a good outcome with the current pandemic.
Fasting increases nitric oxide, which has manifold postive effects like reducing arterial plaque.
Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods.
Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy!
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
Is fasting just the same as caloric restriction? No! Dieting increases the hunger hormone ghrelin while fasting decreases it and has many other health benefits! plclip.com/video/sVl-nilhWLc/wideo.html
      What breaks a fast? plclip.com/video/7aRLsCpxy3o/wideo.html
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it and builds muscle!
      plclip.com/video/fJUDucBWv4s/wideo.html
Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility especially in women with PCOS.
Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate! plclip.com/video/BeC_gIR2Z14/wideo.html
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, it never uses mainly glucose for fuel and using glucose for fuel is very biochemically damaging! plclip.com/video/Nf1jwMbvNxw/wideo.html
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses.
Fasting can make you gain muscle faster: plclip.com/video/5RM8GRzsIIg/wideo.html
Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
Your body releases interferon which is also triggered by the body during viral attacks to shut down the replication ability of the surrounding cells and stop infections.
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body actually recycles large numbers of immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire system.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging.
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Autophagy induced by fasting even helps hair regrow.
Dieters losing weight through intermittent fasting show greater reduction in waist size and increase in insulin sensitivity for the same weight lost and alternate day fasters were shown to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time over a six month period.
Fasting reverses metabolic syndrome, which is tightly correlated to Chronic Fatiguque Syndrome, high blood pressurecancer and many other chronic diseases.
Fasting has been shown to increase bone marrow volume by 10% and levels of carnosine in the body in as little as a few weeks.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
Eating one meal a day can bring most of these benefits to a lesser degree, and adding a few entire days off from eating per week will have even more effect especially when starting to feel poorly.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

**antibiotics, streptomycin, polymyxin B, and neomycin**.
It should not be given to anyone who has an allergic reaction to these medicines. - Which they don't check

Thanks again for your input dr .
My only concern with what you says is if a child already has immunity and your giving and extra shot isnt that dangerous?
If it isnt then why do they give a certain ml?
Surely the ml given has been studied for effect which all vaccines have side effects .
Just merely saying get a booster with out checking if they have any immunity is irresponsible???
Surely getting tested would be the correct way ?
Why are the government not subsidising the testing for this in the private sector and allow us people to pay £40 or so to get our selfs tested ? If we have weakened immun to it then get jabbed ..... if not dont ... wouldn't this solve the shortage in the future for those in need and also prevent injurys from the jabs ? Surely this needs to be discussed on a wider scale .... stop jabbing with out testing ?

    • Liam
      Liam Miesiąc temu +1

Having an extra booster isn't going to be any higher risk. The dosages are determined in clinical trials, where usually side effects and safety profile are first determined with different doses, then subsequently immune response/efficacy against disease is determined. Ideally for the company manufacturing the vaccine, they want to give the lowest dose possible that gives an effective response to minimise cost to them. But usually the safe dose is many multiples of the effective dose. And rarely does an extra booster later cause any issues. Much like if you were vaccinated where polio is endemic, you might be exposed or infected multiple times a year and never even notice it, but you will effectively be being 'boosted' each time.

I have this concern with jabbing new borns who are breast fed .
Mom is passing immunity to baby all the time . Some studies done on this prove they then carry that on for 1 year plus ..
But no one has the funding to do a large scale study .
I would love for titers to be free on the NHS. Or even a small charge for the nurses time .
I am not anti vax but I do not trust the pharmaceuticals nor the doctors that tow the line of one far all care .
We need person to person and I can guarantee the uptake in vaccines for those not protected with surge . So overall protection for everybody would be near 100%.
You would have those naturally protected , those vaccinated and those part vaccinated for some viruses and part natural immune which would be classed as full protection.
Instead you dive between anti vax granny killers .
      And those elite jabbers .
How about common sense and 1 to 1 car e backed by science ..... testing .

My Dad was an ambulance driver in the early 1950's and saw the full horror of this disease moving patients around as did us Kids seeing children horribly disabled in wheelchairs or hobbling on crutches etc. He made sure I was vaccinated at school when the vaccine became available in the UK, 1958 I think. Let's hope vaccines are again taken up, I never want to see such things again. TB is another horror which may be on the increase. It is certainly time we tightened up our borders on health grounds.

@HolyCannoli I agree with you as I don't accept the theories that have been randomly thrown around and widely accepted by everyone. Many top doctors, scientists and researchers will tell you that you can't actually catch a virus as a virus is not actually a living thing and only remains active if it has a living entity or host to feed off. So if a virus could leave someones body (and science says this is doubtful) then it would instantly die and so therefore couldn't infect anyone else. Researchers usually have to attach a virus to living cells (often the cells of mice)) to keep it alive during experimentation. Polio cases seemed to reduce dramatically when the Polio vaccine was rolled out but interestingly the disease also vanished in many countries around the world who didn't have access to the vaccine. The launch of the vaccine coincided with the banning of many dangerous chemicals across the world with the key one being the man made synthetic insecticide DDT. Researchers often found traces of DDT at the sites of infected and damaged nerves of Polio patients. Was the vaccine roll out and banning of a dangerous chemical coincidence or done by design. Vaccines are a billion dollar industry.

    • TRUTHSEEKER
      TRUTHSEEKER Miesiąc temu

Polio isn't a virus because you can't actually catch virus, neither is Polio contagious and a vaccine certainly didn't do anything to stop people getting polio. Vaccines don't work and the science behind vaccines is ludicrous.

The best thing to do with your immune system is fast, it will wipe out any virus very quickly and improve your immune system before you ever get anything.

I am in the U.S. and before I was born a cousin got polio. The sequence of illness, iron lung and a young death devastated the family. This was before any Polio vaccines were available. Imagine how his mother felt after the vaccines were developed and I and my other siblings and relatives could be vaccinated against the disease that killed her son. It was only a period of a few short years before the vaccine when he died.

@k8eekatt imagine how you would feel if your child got polio through drugs given to humans through the pharmaceutical companies which has caused it to reoccur. That’s why it has reoccurred. Worth thinking about.

Yeah... There is zero evidence that the polio vaccine prevented illness or injury but keep believing in myths for which there is no scientific evidence, if you want to.

@Cheryl A I am old enough that I had polio when I was 7 in 1939 (so that makes me almost 90) and I have lived with the after effects of this miserable disease all of my adult life as well as most of my childhood. I spent an entire 2 years in the hospital from the time I was 7:to 9. I had my unaffected leg shortened , Had an infection that lasted for 2 years after that, have back problems. surgery related, have to buy shoes in 2 different sizes but I managed 3 years of nursing school, 3 years for a BA in Health Education, another 2 years for a BS in nursing and another 2 years for a Masters degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Whenever I hear about people who are against vaccinations I want to tell them of the he'll that a virus can cause. I had the disease 30 years before there was a vaccine

Might be wrong but what else does link those places? Could be this new poliomyelitis "just" symptoms caused by autoimmune disease or neural damage/inflammation of the spinal cord due to the spike protein caused by certain jab pushed to all ages groups including children, and this is the presentation of such damage?

The live polio vaccine is what causes the virus itself!

      HOW MANY IS TOO MANY?

Polio is Guillain-Barre Syndrome, caused by the vaccine rollout,
The CDC sent memos to hospitals worldwide to diagnose it as acute flaccid myelitis in children, crimes against humanity.

its not only children that can catch it as that man in the USA who was diagnosed as having inflammation on the spine or something close to it actually had polio he can not walk but can stand or that was the case when I last heard about it so it pays I guess for adults to go the docs if they feel unwell especially if they come from another country and have not been vaccinated, apparently he came from an area that had low vaccine rates sadly, hope he is improving
